Five, 10 minutes workouts and a universal warm-up and cool-down that can be added to any program. Workouts can also be combined for a longer, customized training session.

So far, I’ve tried the Kickbox blast and Pilates Power. I must say for a 10 minute workout, it felt like a full 30 minute workout. With intense jabs and crosses, your body will feel like it’s burning within minutes. It’s a great workout on the go and no equipment needed.
For the Pilates Power, I recommend the Gaiam 4mm Yoga mat in vibrant paisley and fading flower. The mat is lightweight and durable, and I didn’t slip at all during my workout. I find a lot of mats tend to get slippery after sweating from a workout, but Gaiam seemed to do the trick. It is also great for those with latex sensitivities. Once starting the pilates exercise, my core really started to burn, but I also felt I was getting a good stretch during the workout. Michaels offers the easy route and hard route for anyone who is just starting out.

The best part about this DVD is if you have more than 10 minutes, you can choose to do two or three workouts. Each workout is completely different, so you won’t get bored in less time.
